The wait is over! The renovation of the clubhouse has been completed at The Sto . The clubhouse has been elevated to better serve residents of the community with new chic modern features. This 4,500 square foot space provides several different luxurious amenities that have reinvigorated the entire community.  The new and improved clubhouse features a modern lounge with a cozy fireplace and oversized windows that let in endless amounts of natural sunlight.  The space also has a brand-new kitchenette where residents can grab a cup of coffee to start the morning or hang out with friends and fellow residents while enjoying a game on the big screen!  Residents can team up for some friendly competition on the shuffleboard table.     Residents who prefer the outdoors can enjoy the gorgeous outdoor patio area and fire up the grill on a warm Summer evening!  Looking to get down to business? John M. Corcoran & Company  is thrilled to have commenced construction on a 372,000 sf site. This site will feature a Class A High Bay distribution facility in  Lunenburg, MA . This project is a new and unique opportunity for  JMC & Co  to take advantage of as a non-residential development.  Construction Underway  According to a recent post on by  ARCO National Construction Company  on  LinkedIn , "The project comes in response to unprecedented demand for industrial assets in the greater Boston market as record-setting low vacancy rates and speed to market demands from tenants are resulting in an increasing number of developments taking place on a speculative basis."   Site Plan This 30 acre site will feature 71 dock positions, 2 drive-in doors, a  solar-ready roof  structure, and the capacity for future  EV charging stations  upon completion.  We look forward to seeing the transformation of this expansive land into a high functioning facility.
